A product can have many images, but it should have one source of truth.
Connect the record.
A commerce team may need a production file, a listing photograph, a marketplace crop and a campaign asset for the same item. If each asset lives alone, a change to the product can leave old claims or artwork in circulation.
For client Crafinity, Linkage is building a sourced product record that links listings, SKUs, orders, designs and production artwork. Image Gen Studio is part of that in-build workflow. The aim is to make an asset traceable to the product facts and design version that produced it.
One approved record can support many creative expressions.
Keep review in the loop.
The workflow should show what changed, where the source came from and which channel will receive the result. A person can then review the output before it reaches a storefront or production process. That is especially important when imagery is generated or adapted automatically.
Our planned marketing teammate extends this principle to campaigns, product photos, videos and channel copy. That teammate is a future product direction; those media capabilities are not presented as a live Crafinity deployment.
Make the system reusable.
The underlying problem is common to growing brands and commerce teams: more channels, more assets and more chances for records to diverge. Graph engineering can connect products, variants, assets and orders, while an AI teammate can propose controlled updates. The client build is where that approach is being shaped and tested.
